Quiet Stay with Excellent Service

I enjoyed the room's quietness. It allowed for restful sleep after a long day. The restaurant was great, everything tasted delicious. The staff members were very friendly, the room was kept clean, and the overall comfort. Hakan offered a warm welcome, and Vesile Kaya checked my experience .
The breakfasts are monotonous with no variety of food available!

The pool seemed ok. I did notice people using swimming caps.
The noise started early and lasted all day. A real joy. the promised soundproofing? A complete myth. I could hear everything. It was as if the windows were permanently open, not ideal.

I received a complimentary upgrade to a spacious centro corner suite. The views were excellent and the stay was very comfortable. The beds are quite comfortable, and the showers are good. I found the rooms to be spacious and each included a fridge.
The hotel's location is not optimum.

The hotel is located a bit further from the busy areas. A taxi ride is needed to go to more central locations. The hotel provided easy access to main roads.

Staff members were courteous and hospitable, particularly Mr Muhammet MISIRLI. He was receptive and willing to help with any requests i had. Several staff members provided excellent service .

the room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room i asked about it but they only offered a room spray i also noticed stains on the curtains they did not have another room available on the first day the minibar also did not work at all

The staff was helpful. It was acceptable.
The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room! The reception offered a room scent spray, but the smell was all over the curtains. I requested housekeeping service, but nothing changed, even though I asked before leaving the room.
